A little note about handmade soap

Every Nena Botánica soap is made by hand in small batches using natural ingredients. Small variations in colour, shape, surface are part of their handmade character, so your bar may differ slightly from the photographs shown.

Our scented bars are made with essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance oils. Scent strength may naturally vary between batches and from person to person, and a scent that seems subtle when the bar is dry may become more noticeable when warmed with water and used.

Good soap takes time. Our cold-precess soaps are cured for a minimum of 12 weeks, while our hot-process soaps, are given at least 6 weeks before release. Some soaps, such as ours Echo Olive OIl, are left to cure even longer. Each bar is given the time it needs. because a good soap is worth waiting for!
